This program was created to bulletproof your body, overcome past injuries, and get you feeling and performing at your body's optimal state.
The purpose of this program is to correct the problem at its source and fix the imbalances in your body. Once the body is performing with proper mechanics, you can build upon that foundation and see your performance climb.
By opening up new space in the body and training proper proprioception you can overall reduce the risk of injury and improve your recovery time drastically.
My name is John Lindsey. I've spent the last 5 years working towards improving my own movement capacity. It’s a passion of mine I work on and research daily. In grad school my body was broken; I couldn’t touch my toes, squat past parallel, and I’d have back pain after most workouts.
My perspective on what a physical practice was had to change. I began by putting an emphasis on daily mobility work, and as my body started moving like it should I began working on skills and challenging my body-mind connection more and more.
Through research, self testing and client testing, I've taken my method and turned it into this program.

Level 1 is a foundations course. Whether you're a beginner to fitness, an ex-athlete, or just lacking mobility, this level will work to establish and build upon basic drills.
The goal is to get your body feeling looser while establishing/improving your proprioception

Level 2 builds upon your foundations by adding more advanced exercises and longer hold times. The benefits of this level will be directly noticed in your sport or craft.
