How long until I see results?
This program was designed to be completed over 8 weeks however a lot of users start seeing progress within the first couple weeks.
Do I have to start the program when I buy it?
No, there is no start date. You can buy the program now and start it whenever you want. However, the refund grace period is 7 days from the date of purchase.
How do I access the program?
Once purchased, you will be sent information on how to properly download and access the course materials via our mobile app.
Are there any prerequisites?
There's no prerequisites for level 1 however if you want to progress to level 2, you will have to be able to complete the required movements. See the bottom of the page for details.

WHY I CREATED THIS MOBILITY PROGRAM

Let's be honest, if you're on this site its probably because your body is tight, you have pain somewhere, or you feel restricted in someway.  Don't worry! The majority of people who regularly workout deal with the same issues.

Why?

In the fitness industry, there's so much emphasis on how you look with less appreciation for the thing that matters most - how you FEEL.  Aesthetics are great if they make you feel happy and confident, however sometimes it's at the detriment to your overall health.

For instance, heavy lifting can help you build big muscles, but it also reduces your overall mobility, risks injury, and results in longer recovery time.  Another example, cardio, can help the body stay lean but repetitive movements and impact can slowly build up and effect your biomechanics.

This program was created to bulletproof your body, overcome past injuries, and get you feeling and performing at your body's optimal state.

HOW MOBILITY IMPROVES ATHLETICISM

SPEED

STRENGTH

If you're looking to gain speed and/or agility for your sport, focusing on mobility can help in many ways. For instance, by improving your hip extension, you will be able to increase your stride length resulting in more speed and efficiency. Furthermore, poor mobility can cause an imbalance in the body and result in poor running mechanics which slows you down and can lead to injury.

By improving your overall range of motion, you'll be able to move deeper into various positions. This increase in range will allow your body to generate more force in it's exerting muscles. Furthermore, every piece of your body is connected. When you are tight in one area, it can restrict movements in another and limit the force you can create mechanically,.

PERFORMANCE

Because different sports require different types of training, all athletes are different. However, sometimes these different types of trainings can cause imbalances in the body.  When you have an imbalance, your body has to compensate in some way. This usually leads to a breakdown in form, resulting in non-optimal, inefficient movements.  When the body is mobile and aligned, your movements will be clean and precise, allowing you to perform your best.

RECOVERY AND INJURY PREVENTION

When an area of your body is limited in movement or fatigued, you lose proper posture/form and another area has to compensate. This is usually the main cause of injuries in sports or fitness. 

The purpose of this program is to correct the problem at its source and fix the imbalances in your body.  Once the body is performing with proper mechanics, you can build upon that foundation and see your performance climb.

By opening up new space in the body and training proper proprioception you can overall reduce the risk of injury and improve your recovery time drastically.

My name is John Lindsey. I've spent the last 5 years working towards improving my own movement capacity. It’s a passion of mine I work on and research daily.  In grad school my body was broken; I couldn’t touch my toes, squat past parallel, and I’d have back pain after most workouts.  

My perspective on what a physical practice was had to change.  I began by putting an emphasis on daily mobility work, and as my body started moving like it should I began working on skills and challenging my body-mind connection more and more.  

Through research, self testing and client testing, I've taken my method and turned it into this program.
