How long until I see results?
This program was designed to be completed over 6 weeks however a lot of users start seeing progress within the first couple weeks.
Do I have to start the program when I buy it?
No, there is no start date. You can buy the program now and start it whenever you want. However, the refund grace period is 7 days from the date of purchase.
How do I access the program?
Once purchased, you will be sent information on how to properly download and access the course materials via our mobile app.
Are there any prerequisites?
There's no prerequisites for level 1 however if you want to progress to level 2, you will have to be able to complete the required movements. See the bottom of the page for details.

When it comes to learning a new skill, my approach is decoding the movement step by step. I analyze exactly what muscle groups are being used and which techniques to apply to get from point A to point B.

Then I create weekly programming that allows the body to get enough exposure to the necessary muscle groups. This is the key part. Proper programming should provide enough volume while also allowing for sufficient recovery time between similar trainings.

My methods have been proven successfully through my own calisthenics practice as well as with 100s of my personal training clients.  There's no doubt that if you stick to the training, you will see results!

WHY I CREATED THIS CALISTHENICS PROGRAM.

There has always been a big argument as to whether or not you can build muscle mass using only calisthenics. In order to grow your muscles you need to overload them with enough volume. This doesn't have to be done using weights. You can get enough volume by using only your bodyweight.

I created this program to show people the exact method to gain size through using calisthenics.  And make no mistake, we will train every muscle of the body from legs, to core, and upper body.  The workouts are intense, yet fun.

If you really want to push yourself and go beyond bodyweight, you can add a weighted vest as I show in many of the videos in the program.  This addition to your training can take you to the next level.

MUSCLE UP

PISTOL SQUAT

The foundation of a good muscle up is a good pullup. From Australian Pullups to Superman Pulls to different core exercises, your pullup game is going to improve exponentially, allowing you to more easily perform muscle ups.

The necessary ingredients for a proper pistol squat is a combination of strength and mobility.  This program has different leg exercises that will help you build strength as well as mobility focused day to get your body to unlock more movements.

HSPU

The handstand pushup first requires stability from the core for balance, shoulder and tricep power for push, and a ton of scapula strength for maintaining proper positioning.  The variety of exercises in this program will strength all the necessary muscles in the body for a strong HSPU.

TWO LEVELS

This program was designed with two levels, beginner and intermediate.  The beginner version focuses on many foundational exercises to build a base for the rest of your calisthenics training.  The advanced level is where it's suggested to get a weight vest and prepare to take things to the next level.

The main thing holding people back from good back levers is a lack of shoulder mobility, as well as strength to hold positioning.
